Large Scale & High-Res

Our Brooklyn facilities feature state-of-the-art CMYK piezoelectric inkjet machines, fed by Roland ECO-SOL MAX sublimation ink. With resolution up to 1440 dpi and staggered 54” paneling at any length, we are equipped to execute projects at virtually every scale.

Cut Vinyl Applications

Contour-cut vinyl has proven to be the exceptional difference among USXL Print’s deliverables. Any graphic, whether printed, or made from cast color vinyl, may be expertly outlined and cut to shape, resulting in remarkable effects when applied in permanent or temporary purposes.

With For cutting tolerances ±0.1mm the possibilities for wall, glass and automotive treatments are astounding. Common executions:

Materials of Choice

6.0 mil (152 micron) Avery Dennison® HP MPI 2611 low gloss calendered wall film: a tough, scuff-resistant, flexible, white premium vinyl designed specifically for wall graphic applications.

Avery Dennison® SC5861 ETCHMARK Etched glass provides the look of real etched glass at a fraction of the cost by eliminating the need for sandblasting

Corporate & Municipal Signage
